Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily communication with existing clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all inquiries
• Track, manage, and follow up on client requests, providing timely updates and clear feedback throughout the process
• Collaborate with Technical Support and Product & Development teams to resolve client issues efficiently
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions to help clients effectively use the platform and its features
• Provide expert guidance on product functionality, best practices, and usage scenarios
• Contribute to product testing and quality assurance activities to support continuous improvement
• Perform additional responsibilities relevant to the role as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an Account Manager or Client Success role, ideally in the FinTech, FX, or trading technology space.
• Strong ability and motivation to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Excellent English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and support complex software platforms.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
