Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily communication with existing clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all inquiries
- Track, manage, and follow up on client requests, providing timely updates and clear feedback throughout the process
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Product & Development teams to resolve client issues efficiently
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions to help clients effectively use the platform and its features
- Provide expert guidance on product functionality, best practices, and usage scenarios
- Contribute to product testing and quality assurance activities to support continuous improvement
- Perform additional responsibilities relevant to the role as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an Account Manager or Client Success role, ideally in the FinTech, FX, or trading technology space.
- Strong ability and motivation to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Excellent English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and support complex software platforms.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
