We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, building lasting client relationships, and driving long-term revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in line with company goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers, institutional clients, and partners.
Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, particularly in the Middle East and global markets.
Negotiate deals, manage contracts, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support client success.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs set by the management team; and
Any other duties relevant to the role.
Requirements
Proven track record of closing deals in B2B business development or sales within the Fintech or financial industry — 3+ years.
Experience working with liquidity providers, bridge providers, risk management tools, or CRMs for brokers.
Strong network of brokers and institutional clients in the Middle East and/or global markets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
