We are looking for a proactive and structured Client Onboarding Manager to lead the client onboarding journey from handover to go-live. In this role, you will work closely with clients, the Sales team, Product Managers, and internal delivery teams to ensure a smooth, well-managed, and predictable onboarding experience. You will be responsible for translating client needs into actionable requirements, managing scope and expectations, and driving timely, high-quality launches. This role combines project management, account management, and technical support responsibilities to ensure clients receive the best possible onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Lead of Onboarding in managing onboarding clients end-to-end, from kickoff to go-live, with defined milestones and timelines.

  • Lead onboarding and discovery calls.

  • Gather client requests related to onboarding and development.

  • Translate client input into clear, actionable onboarding plans and requirements.

  • Maintain a realistic go-live date for each client; track progress, risks, and blockers.

  • Partner with the Product Manager to structure client requests, discuss feasibility and priorities, and communicate decisions.

  • Drive execution by aligning internal teams and client stakeholders; escalate when delivery is at risk.

  • Manage scope and expectations, preventing scope creep and keeping delivery disciplined.

  • Educate clients on Your Bourse products and technologies.

  • Run multiple onboardings in parallel, maintaining documentation and status tracking.

  • Improve onboarding processes and templates, and contribute to a scalable onboarding framework.

  • Perform any other duties relevant to the role.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the FinTech, trading, or Forex industry.

  • Proven experience in B2B onboarding, client implementation, service delivery, or project-based client-facing roles.

  • Strong track record of working directly with external clients in complex, fast-paced environments.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Excellent multitasking ability and strong organisational skills.

  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver demos and online training sessions.

Would be an advantage

  • Experience with bridge and trading platform technologies.

  • Experience with MetaTrader products.

  • Basic knowledge of trading (A/B book, different market orders, and the difference between Liquidity Providers and brokerages).

  • Basic knowledge of REST API protocol.

  • Basic knowledge of FIX API protocol.

  • Experience with Asana or another project management tool.

  • Experience with Jira or another task management tool.
