We are looking for a proactive and structured Client Onboarding Manager to own and lead the client onboarding journey from handover to go-live. In this role, you will work closely with clients, Sales, Product, and internal delivery teams to ensure a smooth, well-managed, and predictable onboarding experience. You will be responsible for translating client needs into actionable requirements, managing scope and expectations, and driving timely, high-quality launches.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of clients after handover from Sales.
Lead onboarding and discovery calls; uncover real client needs and clarify unclear requirements.
Translate client input into clear, actionable onboarding plans and requirements.
Own onboarding end-to-end, from kickoff to go-live, with defined milestones and timelines.
Maintain a realistic go-live date for each client; track progress, risks, and blockers.
Drive execution by aligning internal teams and client stakeholders; escalate when delivery is at risk.
Act as the main communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
Partner with Product to structure client requests, discuss feasibility/priorities, and communicate decisions.
Manage scope and expectations, preventing scope creep and keeping delivery disciplined.
Run multiple onboardings in parallel, maintaining documentation and status tracking.
Improve onboarding processes, templates, and contribute to a scalable onboarding framework.
Perform any other duties relevant to the role.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the FinTech, trading, or Forex industry.
Proven experience in B2B onboarding, client implementation, service delivery, or project-based client-facing roles.
Strong track record of working directly with external clients in complex, fast-paced environments.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Excellent multitasking ability and strong organisational skills.
Strong prioritisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
Demonstrated ambition and readiness to take on leadership responsibilities as the function grows.
