Your Bourse, a leading technology provider to global brokerages, is seeking a highly organised and client-focused Strategic Account Manager to own and manage relationships with our top strategic clients across international markets.

This is a relationship-led role focused on retaining and growing our most important accounts. You will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned clients, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.

We are looking for a proven account management professional with a track record of managing enterprise clients and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own Strategic Client Relationships

  • Own relationships with the company's top 10 strategic clients.

  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts.

  • Coordinate contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities.

  • Prepare regular account reviews and identify risks and opportunities within assigned accounts.

Manage Client Requests and Deliverables

  • Maintain a centralized tracker of all outstanding client requests, including support tickets, DevOps requests, development requests, bugs, proposals, commercial requests, and action items.

  • Track statuses, ETAs, deliverables, dependencies, and internal ownership for each request.

  • Proactively communicate updates to clients and ensure they remain informed throughout the process.

  • Follow up to confirm that delivered items meet client expectations and are formally closed.

Drive Cross-Functional Execution

  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Development, and Support teams to drive execution.

  • Escalate issues when required to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

Must-Have Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar client-facing roles.

  • Experience in fintech, FX, CFDs, crypto, SaaS, or financial services.

  • Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts.

  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience handling commercial discussions, renewals, and contract administration.

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
