Event Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead the execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars, ensuring smooth execution aligned with brand goals.
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns around events, including strategy, execution, and performance analysis to meet KPIs and business objectives.
• Conduct competitor analysis, track industry trends, and evaluate customer insights to support strategic decision-making. Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Create and manage media materials such as press releases and other external communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals; and
• Any other duties and responsibilities relevant to the role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and coordinating corporate events, preferably in B2B or Financial Services sectors.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines at the same time.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using tools for event registration, communication, and CRM (e.g., Eventbrite, HubSpot, Zoom).
• Attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with virtual event platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Creative eye for visual presentation and event branding.
