We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and dependable Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to provide high-level administrative and operational support across our Commercial function. You’ll help the CRO stay focused on strategic commercial priorities by managing complex schedules and international travel, coordinating reporting and follow-ups across teams, preparing business materials, and bringing structure and efficiency to day-to-day operations.
This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Client Implementations, ensuring that priorities, deadlines, and dependencies are clearly tracked and followed through.
Responsibilities
Manage international business travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, detailed itineraries, and visa applications.
Coordinate complex meetings across multiple time zones and manage the CRO’s calendar effectively.
Organize and maintain receipts, expenses, and confidential commercial or personal information with a high level of discretion.
Coordinate regular reporting and follow-ups across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Client Implementations.
Prepare, format, and maintain proposals, agendas, meeting notes, presentations, reports, and other internal documents.
Track key actions, deadlines, dependencies, and commitments, ensuring timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
Create, maintain, and improve workflows and automations in CRM, Asana, and other business tools.
Manage software subscriptions and support research into tools, suppliers, travel options, and business processes.
Use AI tools to improve research, reporting, communication, and administrative workflows.
Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive processes and improve operating efficiency.
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, senior stakeholders, clients, and external suppliers as required.
Proactively identify missing information, unclear ownership, upcoming deadlines, and potential blockers, and follow up accordingly.
Maintain accurate and well-organized records, documents, and information; and
Any other duties relevant to the role.
Requirements
Relevant experience in executive assistance, administration, operations, or project coordination, preferably within a technology company.
Demonstrated experience coordinating international business travel, including visa applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Practical professional experience using AI tools for research, communication, reporting, or administrative tasks.
Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets, documents, calendars, and online collaboration tools.
Experience with Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Google Calendar, or comparable platforms.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
Confidence working and communicating with senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, follow up proactively, and ensure tasks are completed without repeated reminders.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and follow up persistently but diplomatically.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience supporting a senior executive or commercial/revenue leader.
Experience working in a technology, FinTech, financial services, or similarly fast-paced international environment.
Working Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, during Asian business hours.
