Join us as Head of Marketing and lead our marketing efforts with creativity and data-driven thinking.


In this role, you’ll manage everything from strategy to execution — running campaigns, improving content, and helping our brand stand out. You’ll work with a team of freelancers, lead multi-channel marketing activities, and use real results to keep improving our approach.


Key responsibilities:


Project management & Execution

  • Design, implement, and manage the content hub, lead funnel, and event production
  • Coordinate video, blog, podcast, and social content production
  • Oversee freelancers (video editor, copywriter, designer, podcast editor, PR/SEO, etc.)
  • Ensure the achievement of Marketing department KPIs

Campaign & Channel management

  • Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, email, and PR
  • Set up and optimize email nurturing flows and demo-request funnels
  • Work with the internal sales team to hand off qualified leads

Measurement & Reporting

  • Build and maintain a KPI dashboard (GA4 + Looker Studio / Sheets)
  • Monitor CPL, CPD, demo conversion rates, and pipeline impact
  • Continuously optimize content, CTAs, and campaigns based on data

Brand differentiation

  • Ensure YB’s unique value is communicated clearly across all channels
  • Collect qualitative feedback to refine positioning


Required qualifications and experience:


  • 5+ years of marketing project or campaign management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Strong experience managing freelancers, vendors, or cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of generating and converting leads through content marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and report results clearly.
  • Fluent in English.
