We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will directly contribute to the company’s growth by helping customers succeed.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. You are not selling a product — you are selling the solution to their problems and the end result: happiness and contentment.
- Confidently lead meetings and presentations with senior stakeholders.
- Identify sales opportunities and present them in a way that aligns with their goals and values.
- Learn about clients’ problems and communicate them to our Product and Marketing departments, so they can maintain their focus on what’s important.
- Communicate clearly, persuasively, and with impact — whether in person, by phone, via video calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, and sometimes Instagram and TikTok — so that clients want more of you, not less.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain high visibility and presence in the industry, positioning yourself as a thought partner to clients.
- Use CRM tools to track relationships, pipeline, and progress toward sales goals.
- Participate in industry conferences and events across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
